my 06 road king ,when the engine is cold the volts are at 14. at 2000 rpms, after riding for about an hour it stops charging the volts goes to 11.8,then when it cools down it will charge again .battery full charge with out the key on is 12.65 once i turn the key on goes down to 11.9. any help would great ,
