Is there advantage 42 mm throttle body
I have a 2000 95 cc RG .The throttle body is bored 42 mm. Should there any porformance gain or is it just a fuel looser? My fuel milage is 33 , I feel there is no advantage after having 2 dinos and pc 3 s.

RE: Is there advantage 42 mm throttle body
EFI throttle bodies are far differant from a carb. Changing TB size won't affect your fuel mileage. A bigger TB only helps at higher rpm's, where more air would be required. Too large of a TB came make the throttle response a little sluggish, kind of an ON-OFF deal, rather than gradual changes. Makes it tough to control in traffic.
My '06 95" has a stock 50mm TB, I believe. Never actually measured it to be sure, though.
I would check fuel mixtrue before doing anything else. Instead of a dyno, purchase a wide band O2 sensor; Daytona, LM-1, etc.
