Default race tuner hic up ??

i just had a 103 put together in my 09 touring it is 10.25 to1 cr hq575 cams ported head it is fly by wire. i rode it to day and it runs real rought from 1000-1500, once you get over that hang on it pulls and pulls hard, it has a bassani road rage 2into1. i stalled it twice in traffic, does not like low rpm what could be wrong w the tune?? you think it is with in the fbw adjustment or a few issue. it is beeing tuned w a se super tuner. my builder likes the tts tuner more but im not gonna drop another 500.00 what are my option and what could he be over looking

What that is, is an arguement in the range between the 0% position and 2% position on your throttle. It could be the throttle position and the IAC valve arguing with eachother, and or the fact that the VE settings are sometimes much differerent between 0% TP and 2% TP. I've had that same issue with mine and I don't remember what I did to solve it. All I know is that I know the symptoms.
When your engine is stalling, do you smell gasoline; or when the engine is off, do you smell gasoline?

Oh ok. Do you have access to the program that the tuner installed in your ECU? If you do, look at where the timing is set at during idle. When your engine idles, the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) will fluctuate between 30% & 40%. At an engine RPM range of 750-1250 and 30% to 40% MAP, your timing should be set between 15-17 degrees before top dead center with that engine set up that you have.
The other thing that you want to look at is the VE settings in those RPM ranges. I don't know how they are numbered in a closed loop system so I would be shooting from the hip if I said anything else.
