05 RK sert programming....
i have a 05 RK with stage 1 SE a/f, wild pigs mufflers and sert.
first, i reprogrammed the map to the sert 1450 stage 1 map as per harley..........result, as i was already read on here: way too lean, pop on decel etcs.....just badddddd!!!!
then i programmed it to the stage 1 1550 sert map.......result: runs great, sounds perfect....perfect deep thoaty sound!......but, i noticed pipes at heads are turning blue and i even bubbled the plastic of the reflector on the frame next to the front cylinder head pipe??
soooooo i now im running too rich....sooooooo i redo the 1550 map and make one right between the 1450 AND THE 1550 SERT MAPS.........now it runs much better than the 1450 map, but not any way near the 1550 sert map and i have some of the popping back??
guess i will try going back closer to the 1550 map???
just wondering if anyone on here has a good map for this bike w/stage 1 or if anyone has already done what im trying to do?????
thanks for any info!!!!
