I NEED HELP , I BOUGHT A TECH LINK PART NUMBER HD-45830-5 AND I DONT HAVE THE SOFTWARE , THE PERSON WHO SALE ME TOLD ME THAT IT CAN MAP EFI , REGULATE FUEL AND MUCH MORE BECAUSE ITS FROM THE DEALER , DO U KNOW WHO CAN SELL ME THE SOFTWARE OR WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD???

You got hosed.... cut and dry....
The only way you are going to map the system is to use a tuning system like TTS, SEPST/SERT, or DirectLink.....To regulate Fuel, you'll need to install an adjustable Fuel Regulator.....
That component that you purchased is component for The dealership Digital Technician.... And it is not a tool that can be acquired by the general public..... and it is far more than software that you need to make it work....
