If that is what it was targeted for then yes.... The final tuned map that was installed into your bike will show if it is correct.... The tuner can change those numbers... HD maps are typically very bloated in that area of the throttle position... 12.5 - 13 is the normal programming, but your tune might not have needed it that rich at WOT...

Basically a tuner "calibrates" you ECM, usually to 13.0. After it is calibrated he sets the AFR tables. The graph you are looking at is more than likely you 100% throtthle run, at cruising it could be totally differn't than what you are looking at there, not to mention that he probbed your exhaust and that graph is just for one of the cylinders. What kind of build do you have? I see you are going above 6500 RPM's, wondering why he has your rev limiter so high.
