It all depends on what the tuner is using to manipulate the targeted AFR.... The tuner missed a few cells to dial in perfectly, but overall not bad... Providing that the Targeted AFR is 13.5....

Why the concern?

No real concern more curiosity than anything. Ive got the SEST so thats what he was using to tune it. So I guess what I was or am asking is 13.5 a good A/F ratio for my bike ?

If that is what it was targeted for then yes.... The final tuned map that was installed into your bike will show if it is correct.... The tuner can change those numbers... HD maps are typically very bloated in that area of the throttle position... 12.5 - 13 is the normal programming, but your tune might not have needed it that rich at WOT...

It is all subjective to what the tuner asks you and what you ask of the tuner as far as goals, expectations, results, etc....

Basically a tuner "calibrates" you ECM, usually to 13.0. After it is calibrated he sets the AFR tables. The graph you are looking at is more than likely you 100% throtthle run, at cruising it could be totally differn't than what you are looking at there, not to mention that he probbed your exhaust and that graph is just for one of the cylinders. What kind of build do you have? I see you are going above 6500 RPM's, wondering why he has your rev limiter so high.
