Default relocating turn front turn signals

I have an 05 dyna and the turn signal wires are held together with some sort of plastic factory tie that seems to connect to the underside of the handlebars. I have never seen this kind of tie before. How are they removed from the handlebars and are they reusable? I just need to get the one turn signal wire out.
thanks

They call these Harness Retainers. They are split so you can put them around the wiring and have barbs that push into the hole. Sometimes you can pull them out and not ruin them and sometimes you can get lucky so you can reuse. From the dealer they are about $1.25, PN 70345-84

Don't even think about using ties from Home Depot, it is a violation of Harley code!
But worst one would be riding a Harley wearing Honda jacket! Stop loading your guns, I don't know where this guy lives! Guy's excuse is that he had 16 bikes and last one is Harley. He just doesn't have money to buy new jacket every time.
