Default Slow return to idle need advice

My problems started when I took my bike into my local harley dealer for a dyno tune after a exhaust change. Replaced V&H short shots with D&D Hard Chrome 2.5" classic straights. PCIII
USB that was on bike was trashed while being tunned. Dealer did replace at no expence to me
but would not dyno the bike. Mechanic told me he loaded canned map for V&H shortshots. Bike is running OK, But when I disinguage clutch to shift rpm slow returning to idle not comfortable with this, and have deceleration poping. New exhaust were ran for about a month had none of these problems before it went into shop Help.

Same thing here. On top of all the other problems it has right now.. Don't know if they are all related.
Was the map for your short shots with or without baffles?
I recently reloaded the map for no baffles, because I have no baffles, but I do have power cones installed. So I might load the one for baffles and see what that does.

Obviously, the common thread here is the PCIII. The first thing I'd check is the throttle position sensor. Just follow the instructions in the tutorial, and it's very easy to do. If that doesn't do it, I'd look at the fuel values in the 0 to 2% throttle range at 1000 to 2000 rpms's.

I've already replaced the TPS on mine. (Got the same voltage readings off the new as the old. .4something to 3.8... )
It may be the map. I can't remember if I was running the map for baffles or the one without baffles... I recently loaded the map without baffles (didn't think about the power cones at the time) thinking maybe the map got scrambled, buttons on the PCIII pushed by mistake or something. (I hate having it under the seat like that) Maybe this evening when it cools down I'll pull the PCIII off and load the other map. See what that does.
