Hidden Ignition switch
Hey guys,
I've been debating adding a hidden igniton switch via toggle on my 2008 street bob, and I had a few questions about wiring.
The switch I plan on using is this : http://www.westfloridacomponents.com...utomotive.html
I've been looking at my wiring diagrams and figured that if I connect the battery source to the 'power' peg on the toggle, the ignition cable to the 'acc' peg on the toggle, and the ground to a ground, would this work? I also plan on splicing, rather than redirecting because I would want to have the stock ignition switch still work. I also have the understanding that this new hidden switch wouldnt work without the security fob present correct? I wanted to get an opinion or two before I started hacking into wires.
Cheers,
Connor
