TTS mastertune help file error

TTS mastertune help file error
If this needs to be in one of the other threads I apologize
When in Mastertune and I try to access the manual through the help file all goes well until I get to the Getting Started "step by step getting started guide"
then I recieve the following error and the help file and the program has to be closed.
Any Ideas?
In Datamaster this occurs at
Data playback and analysis-The Playback V-tune Histogram

This sounds like a problem with the Microsoft help file reader on the system.
What OS are you running? Have you applied the latest OS updates - Or, did this problem just start happening after some new updates were installed?
This may be related to the version of the Hhctrl.ocx control that Microsoft uses to display the help file. It may be corrupt or need to be updated. FYI, this is usually distributed with internet explorer.
This issue can also be caused by other programs or the associated HH.DAT filewhich remembers the help file settings - search for 'access violation displaying chm file' and you will get several hits:
