Hey guys hopfully someone here can help, cause I am gettng pissed. My 95 wideglide is having a start issue, lately when I ride I start it up fine I ride for awhile stop somewhere, get back on after a beverage or so, and nothing not even a click from the starter. Still have lights and all, but nothing to the starter. Very embarassing to have to have people help you push start your bike. So, thought it might be battery, just spent 100 bones on a new batt. installed it, fired it up, said great, went back in the house got ready to ride, went back out and, you guessed it.....nothing. WTF! Can anyone point me in the right direction, seems the shops arn't going to help, at least till I plop another couple hundred on them.

Try pulling the start relay, clean the connections and give it a try. Have you check all the start circuit connections for tightness?

 

Go to the starter you should see a green wire (comes from the relay ) pull the wire off clean the connections Try again Good luck
