Innovate LM-2 tuning w/PC-5 on '08 RK
Ok so i've got an '08 police Road King w/factory 103" cylinders, Red shift 575 cams, 2 into 1 exhaust, supertrapp muffler, Ness big sucker A/C and PC-V. The current tune as supplied by Fuelmoto Is for 103" 211 cams and slip-on's. the bike runs well but seems very lean at 3000 rpm and 1/4 ish throttle. if I install the open end cap on the muffler the bike is almost unridable at above throttle and rpm.
So instead of spending $300 on the auto-tune module, I spent $360 on an Innovate Lm-2 wide band data-logger because I mess w/ several different vechicles (cars, truck, bikes, and quads) I wanted a tool that I could use to help tune everything instead of guessing.
So does anyone have any experience/tips on using the lm-2 on a late model harley? Is there an auto style OBD-II dianostic port on the bike somewhere? I have a good understand of how to use the AF/throttle position/rpm readings to tune just not sure what the best way to "hookup" the LM-2 to the bike.
