Wandering idle on MM

Lately, my idle has been fluctuating. I watched the RPM's on the PC III and it wanders from 950 to 1050, with an occasional 1100 spike. Other than that the bike runs great above idle. Has anyone with a MM FI ever experienced this and if so, did you ever get it squared away?
