I beleive different part numbers work with different model years. EFI was changed in harley through-out the years.

 

I believe the 32127 says it's the SERT. The -03 says which version of the SERT, i.e. year. The A says it's the dongle only, i.e. doesn't include software and cables. That's at least how it works with the SEST. A dealership would already have the cables and software so if you were just buying it for a dyno tune with no other intention of using it then you could save a bit by not buying the cables and software. It's kind of funny since you're paying hundreds of dollars for the software and not that little pos dongle, but you can't pirate the dongle.

 

OK, that appears to be the most likely explanation. Both fits 97-01 EFI Touring bikes. Thank you for your help.
