SERT Dyno Tuner help N.W. Ohio/S.E. Michigan
Like the title states, I'm looking for a knowledgable, competent, reliable and EXPERIENCED SERT Dyno tuner located in N.W. Ohio/S.E. Michigan area. Last year I had the Stage 1 Air Cleaner & Vance & Hines Oval Slip ons added. My local dealer said I would need a SERT download also. Being new to the HD world I took their word for it and bought one.
Since then I thought I had the real deal until I started talking to other riders and getting more experienced with my bikes performance and expectations. I honestly believe all my dealer did was just download a map and leave it at that. If they did dyno my bike it was a poor job. I believe I should be getting better performance and MPG, plus I have little faith in my dealers service shop.
So I'm looking for a indy shop that can dyno tune my SERT equiped bike and get the performance that I paid for originally ($900 for SERT & dyno from dealer). There is a local Dyno-Power shop in Toledo that specializes in Power Commanders and I believe they would do me right. But for a PC set up and dyno it would be around $700, but I have this SERT I want to give a chance first before I start spending more money.
Any recommendation on indy SERT dyno tuners in this area of Ohio? If need be I'd travel anywhere in state of Ohio for that matter. I want it done right the first time.Thanks.
