I just want to acknowledge the great customer service I recieved from Zipper Performance last Friday. since majority of the MOD's i've done on my exhaust were fabricated by me. I was having problem tuning my bike for my custom true dual, mufflers and the hi-flo air cleaner.

Since Zipper is only an hour from me I rode up there with my lap top and got the greatest training on the Thunder Max with auto tune. Bobby worked with me he even gave me the latest software version 1.9 and the latest firmware. To make it even better he gave me an advance user access. To put the cherry on top he did something to the map for my set up things I can't see he said. when I rode back home my bike ran like a well tune machine the torque at low to mid range is great able to ride it in 6th gear with great throttle response.

ran it on a Dyno over the week end. With true dual, custom muffler and hi-flow air cleaner. Hp was 83 and torque was 95. I don't know what the stock numbers are but my bike feels stronger than before. Thank you Zipper.
