'06 FLSTCI. I've got it and my bike runs great. Engine pulls smooth and strong through all RPM's. When I hit the throttle hard, I can barely hang on to the bars. I did notice a slight decrease in mileage, mostly riding in cold weather where it tends to run a little rich, but now that the weather is warming up, My mileage is on the rise.

Gunny,
Are you saying that the down load that Blue Deuce has is for stock pipes? If so that really sucks, I've got the same down load and the day I rolled my Deuce out of the dealership I had Cycle shack pipes on. Now I've switched to Big Shot Staggards. Does this mean I'm running to lean?

Haven't heard any pop's or gruggles yet, but only have 50 or 60 miles on the new pipes. I did install the Quiet Baffles when I put the pipes on, maybe that helps a little.
I pulled the plugs and they do look lean to me, maybe there's a different down load to fix the problem, or do I go with some kind of fuel management system. I'm not looking for tons of H/P or Torque, I just want to cruise without hurting my engine.

if your running that set up with the se a/c i would go back to the dealer and talk to them about having them reflash to the race download 34352-06, there is some other consideration when going to the race download i.e. injectors size, se mufflers. but i would think it would help it run alittlie richer because of the download designed for a more open muffler. i believe the download that you have currently is designed for a catalatic restrictive muffler. please post back after you talk to your dealer

RE: anyone using the 06 efi ecm "race" download
I am following this thread closely since I have a SE A/C and SE II pipes to put on but really don't want to spend the bucks for the SERT. From what I understand here there are "race" downloads that give you a little rich condition to ensure that you don't run the motor too lean, which I can live with. But these may not be street legal. This is for an 06 Dyna Wide Glide that I am looking at for a download. What other "race" downloads are available for the 1450 or where can I find a listing for these.
