Default Battery cranking amps

I have a 04 Roadking the battery gave up, it was rated a 385 cranking amps. I bought a after market battery that was rated at 450 cranking amps. Qustion will this new battery cause me any electricial trouble by being 450 cranking amps?

No it should not. An electric/electronic circuit will only pull as much current as it needs. Needs will vary depending on the "load" that is connected. Later, Calvin.

As stated above, no.

FWIW, some batteries are "CCA" rated at 0 degrees F and some at 32 degrees F...not that you need to be concerned with those numbers once spring/summer gets here.
