serious problem
Installed TFI unit a while back and spent 45 min. tweaking it yesterday. Was running better than it ever had when I parked it.
Today - no tach; no turn signals; speedo works on main only;no engine light when you turn it on; security light stays on.
Have I fried something? Need help bad.

RE: serious problem
Check the TSSM, as well as the circuits that you half baked (Acc & H/L)
When you were "Tweaking" it, just how did you do it?
I am not familiar with TFI, so I do not know how it is wired up, but I would venture to say that it is tapped into the Accessoriy Circuit (Which is shared also by the....... Drum Roll Please......... Headlamp circuit...!!!!!)
You could have, not sure yet, but you might have "Tweaked it a bit much"...
I am going to start researching what I can on the TFO.....

RE: serious problem
By tweaking, I meant adjusting the 4 pots on the TFI unit. It is attached into the injectors with the same type of connectors and connected to the negative battery terminal.
What is "TSSM"?
Only extra electrical installed on the scoot are the tach and the brake/turn module.
Will start looking at all connections and wires.

RE: serious problem
Check and see if you pinched any wires doing the install or taking the seat off and on.My buddy got a little to antsy and pinched several wires when he moved the tank to install the injector prongs and by moving the wiring he crimped them with his seat as well. Hope that helps

RE: serious problem
Guess again.....
The fuse panel is under the seat....
As is the Turn/Brake interface module....
Did you possibly crush the T/S-B/L Module when you reinstalled the seat and sat on it??????
It is that square box, that is inbetween the rear harness and the main harness....

RE: serious problem
Hope to get into it today. Have to work (at least a little). Bought a box of 25 fuses so I can start to wade through this.
I really appreciate the ideas you guys. It is a horrble feeling not to have your scoot at her best. Kinda like when your kids were sick and you feel so bad but aren't sure what to do to make it better.
OMG, I can't belive this, it's only a motorcycle for crying out loud (or is it more?!) LOL, thanks again for the advice. I'll keep you posted..
