Which tuner??? 08 flhx
I have been reading the threads and it looks like this could be a sensitive subject. I am trying to find a tuner for my bike that isn’t going to end up costing 1500 in the long run. I like the idea of the tmax but they are a pricey. i was looking into the tv-3 due to the ability of auto tune but it seems most say that’s not a good idea. Is anyone running one now? If so do you like it?. I was also looking at the tts but i have no way of hooking it to a computer and i can’t find any local shops that are familiar with it. is it something that’s easy to work with if you don’t have a laptop? i know the pcIII is out there but i don’t like the idea of dyno run after dyno run on my bike. I only have slip ons now, so i would have to have it mapped for that. One day i plan on adding a a/c and head pipe and that’s another map and dyno. I guess i would like to find closed circuit that actually works well. Is there one out there? Any advice from what you guys are running or first hand experience would be a great help. Thanks.
