Were doing a build on a 06 Street Glide from a 88"-95" and the customer wants to stick with his HD race tuner? Haven't had much experience with them. I normally promote a closed loop system like Zippers etc. Any one have any luck with mapping the race tuner? Pros or cons?

I don't feel we will have an issue at all with tuning, just don't feel that it's the best bang for the buck especially not having the adaptability of a
Zippers system.

 

IMO, nothing wrong with the SERT, SEST, or the TTS system. The only downside with any of the three I just mentioned is you have to shut the bike down to reflash the ECM.

 

SERT is a great tool....... In the right hands....

If you know how to tune, and you have a Dyno with a load control, and 2 WBo2's, you can knock it out in no time.....

FWIW, read the instructions about 4 times, and ensure that you understand them....
