Default Where to tap electrical power on the accessory circuit

Can anyone tell me where to tap electrical power on the accessory circuit to pull power for a siren (5 amp). There is a spare 15 amp fuse for accessories close to the battery but I don't know where to connect the hot cable. Is it bellow the fuse box or somewhere else? I don't want to power directly from the battery.

Bike in question is '03 Softail Heritage.

Thanks in advance for the help!

You can also get an ATM 'add a fuse' power tap from most local auto parts stores. This plugs into your fuse panel and adds a new fused circuit with pigtail to an existing circuit. Two fuses in place of one. This way you do not have to cut into the OEM wiring harness.

This makes the cleanest installation. If you can't find it at your local auto parts, you should be able to find one by doing a web search. I know were an alternative source is, but it would be a breach of the HD Forum protocol to give you the URL.
