Okay so I changed them out to bullets and now they don't work. I can plug the old ones in directly and they work fine; new ones stay on constant, do not flash & do not flash to acknowledge the alarm.

2008 Ultra ALARM part number from dealer 69203-03. Did a search on this part and it does not come up.

 

There is a way you can reset the load for the turn signal module. Something like pressing the TS button while you turn the ignition on. They flash fast then next time you turn on the bike they are fine. That is probably wrong but some body here will know.
