Default RPM Rev Limiter...??

Kind of a general question, and I know depending on the components used in the build-up can/will change the answer but...

What RPM should I be able to turn safely with my bike? 106cui., .585 gear-drives, ported heads, etc...

The Twin-Tec is currently set at 6,500rpm by the builder of the engine...

I would say that is about it. Off the top of my head I would say 6250.

Stock "B" motors (Stock bottom ends) rev limit is 6200, as any faster, you run the risk of knocking your balancers out of time by spinning the timer gear loose....

"A"'s can go much higher ...
