Quick question. After talking to Steve at TTS it got me thinking. The o2 sensors are working. Here is my theory: The o2 sensors are in and working and after a while they start dropping in voltage. Could the placement/angle/distance out of the cylinder be hindering the sensors from working properly. Reason for theory. The front starts working faster than rear. The rear o2 bung is longer than the front. And on both I doubt they are “fully”in the stream of the air flow. Thoughts.

I've seen many sensors that did not reach 1/2" into the exhaust flow and they worked fairly well just slow to react.

Attach your last DM3 file and your VT calibration. Also your cam tune data

Hope this helps...

However if you look at the O2 mV its all over the place and only sometimes does it go into CL the sensors are in fact working. im just really curious as to why so slow to react and in this state its gonna make it really hard to tune;.

Flash this then go do a Flight recorder data collection for VTune.

Send the data files to me.
