Does the cam selector have to be done before any vtune or just start the vtune process?

I ran the cam selector and its a 4.Sense the map that is in ecm is set at 4 I didnt flash ecm at the end of the cam selector process. Is that alright?

I went on the main lambda and changed all cells to .981 except the 100kPa I left them alone.

Question do I only change the cells with bold text numbers with the vertical bars on the left

Next where in the hell to I find the ARF calibrations?Am I blind. Im going to change the ARF calibration cells to 14.6 except the 100 kPa column Do I change only the bold text numbers with the vertical bars

Thanks all for the help. I guess this isnt really all that hard. Just need to learn what is all involved using the TTS

First make sure everything is updated.
Simply put, change every value that CAN be changed, to a closed cell value (as you state .981).
There is no afr table for your bike as it's lambda based. The TTS manual is a bit confusing differentiating between older and newer bikes.
Change adaptive knock retard values to zero, go to ecm constants and set PE mode to 10,000rpm. Set up flight recorder and ride.

It's best to disable the knock in the tuning constants. Adaptive knock isn't going to keep the ECM from pulling timing. It just limits the long term learning.

Meaning that if there is a 5 in the cell. It will pull more than 5 but it will only learn up to 5. Same can be said about 0. It will pull more than 0. It just wont learn anything. With what you are trying to do. I suggest disabling knock control for a couple of iterations and then turn it on for the last couple of ones and let Vtune pull it in the other tables if it needs to.

Good luck.

I would love to give Doc my TTS/D but don't think he would claim it.
