Turbo is specialized and like a fingerprint very individualized. Go with Steve on this one.

I appreciate you asking though. Take the high road.

I would say no. Why? Because IMO it's absolutely required to closely monitor AFR, TEMPS, and PRESSURES while tuning.
Guessing in the garage is dangerous to say the least.
I've done many pressurized engines and would NEVER try to tune one of these on the street. Combustion temps go sky high in seconds when things are not right.
Just too many things that can go wrong in an instant as compared to careful monitoring in a test cell setting.

Default NB O2 sensor range question

Need a little guidance please....

Trying to tune my 2009 Road Glide after stage II install (w/255). When I play back the histogram I see the front O2 sensor voltage spikes higher than the rear. I've seen it go as high as 1120 mv. The max I've seen the rear O2 sensor is 920 mv. I've read 900 mv should be the max. Does it look like the front 02 sensor is bad? Does anyone know how to check them?
I ran the O2 sensor data on Flight Recorder but couldn't figure out how to play it back and couldn't find much in the tuning guide on checking O2 sensors.

Thanks in advance for any advice

There could be many causes for this.

Exhaust system, tune not completed or not close, dirty injector, fouled spark plug or bad wire... the list goes on.

The sensors will not be the same. Each cylinder will be different. Continue tuning. If you see one cylinder with VE's climbing run after run then there could be a bad sensor.. Since you have an 09, pull them out and switch their locations.

Did you try and "Load File From Interface......." in data master with your HD06 plugged into computer?

Read through a bunch of the tts programs and think I got a basic handle on it. One question though, on the Delphi calibration list I think I am DAC617-04, stock cam D&D fatcat exhaust. If I download that to the bike is that sufficient to run bike 40 or so miles to shop for dyno tune? Also do I need to save factory setting before doing the download or is it available to save anytime?

You should be fine riding only 40 miles.

The TTS will make you save your factory calibration and it will be stored in the Blue interface until you overwrite it by mistake.

Once you save the file on your computer go to the MasterTune site and upload it to the repository. That way you will have access to it for all time.
