MT8 has cam tune analyzer, MT7 doesn't
MT8 supports EGR tables, MT7 doesn't
Not sure what version of software you're running but earlier versions of MT7 files also won't lock your ECM

After some reading, I found that I may have to start the Vtune cycle over. I mistakenly assumed that the cam IVO would be the same as last time and did't do the cam monitor before starting.
I noticed that the idle was pretty choppy and low on this most recent tune and after some thought It occurred that the cam setting might be wrong. I see in the manual that it can change with the calibration file you use....
I'll do the cam monitor tonight and see.
QUESTION: The quick quide from wiz states to set the adaptive knock retard to "0" but the manual does not mention that until doing spark monitoring.
1. Does it matter for Vtuning to have adaptive spark retards set to zero?
2. Do you set them back to original afterwards? I didn't see that mentioned.
