TTS Mastertune Information

I've been running CTD044-03 on my bike for the past week. A/C with Rinehart slipons, and a stock decatted headpipe.
I did the cam analyzer, and am going to try and get some vtune time in this weekend, or earlier if I can.
After looking over the MT Cal File Listing, and the MT2 listings, and reading the instructions, I want to make sure I've got the correct file before moving forward.
The MT Cal File describes CTD044-03 as "exhaust", while the MT2 listing says "race pipe." The TTS for Dummies cautions against using a file that is "too much."
Other files, such as CTC044-03 are listed for the "stock exhaust." I guess I have a stock exhaust, although it is de-catted, and has aftermarket slipons.
So, is CTD044-03 good, or CTC044-03, or even CTD009-03 a better file to start with?
Or...did I miss the best file for my bike altogether?

look at the line. it's almost a perfectly straight incline from 1 through 3. 3 is where is starts a steeper incline. that's your sweet spot.
If you change it, crank up the bike and listen to it idle. Also crack the throttle a couple of times to get a feel for which setting is better by throttle response. Then select whichever is best in these 2 areas. Odds are you won't see a difference either way.
