Default SERT cables

Anyone know what cables I need for a 1999-2001 MM sert? Bought a used SERT with ECM off a 2001 RKC but did not get cables. Tried to get it dyno'd (been sitting in shop over 2 months) and after being told it was almost ready, operator got pissed and pushed it off dyno and told me to leave so I need cables to see what was done to it. It gets 31.6 mpg at 60 mph and idles anywhere from 1300 rpm after sitting to 2200 after a long 65mph run. Any help on finding a set will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The standard TTS 4 pin dongle cable fits the MM SERT. That's the cable from the SERT to the bike. That is the standard 4 pin dongle cable you can buy at any HD.

The cable from the computer to the SERT will be serial to USB or serial to serial if you still have a serial plug on an old computer.

Do you have the MM SERT software?

Hey folks...In Flight controller mode what is the difference between generic data and generic 02 data...Is generic data straight from the motor and the generic 02 data from the 02 sensors??? I notice there are more readings in 02 data...

Cheers...Sparra

main difference that I understand is generic o2 data gives you a real time look at what your o2 sensors are doing in mV at the specific time it's happening in addition to everything else... ie, no lag time

Hello Wiz

Have had a bit of time with the HD06 and Flight Recorder.
I am curious about the info recorded.
When setting up to record
J1850 (I have an 09)
Select Data Type
V Tune Data
info to be recorded shows UserDef2 in the dropdown list
Is there any way we can include , say vehicle speed (mph or kph) in the data recorded , or is UserDef2 an option only available to the programmers ?

Thanks

Not sure what you are talking about.

UserDef2... isn't that your VTune data just recorded? If so, it's just datamaster data. Open it up using DataMaster and you will see all the reading categories.
