Wiz,
Ok, will start looking around. Any thoughts as to where/from who to buy from or not to buy from? Or just find the cheapest deal...
Also, I see there's a dual and single and I am guessing the single is for one bike meaning I need to buy the: 9225 MasterTune Single Bike Kit ...then figure out what cables I need.
Thanks,
Dan

I've gone over this for the past couple of days in detail and I really don't see any other reason for what you're experiencing but mechanical. I've talked this over with Wiz as well and we both feel the same way, no patterns developing for the pinging.
Few things we need to check on the mechanical side of this equation;
Fuel filter
Fuel regulator
Dirty Air Filter
Vacuum Leak (but I would think we'd be seeing other things here as well)
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug wires (this is crucial because stock HD wires are designed to work with the ION sensors)
Fuel

Like I said...
Fuel
EGR
Timing
Get them correct in that order and everything will fall into place but tuning a bike with a mechanical issue of some sort is just darn near impossible. Something is causing your fuel mixture to be too lean thus the knock.

Dan.. forgot to mention that Matt @ Eastern Performance is selling them pretty cheap too and might be a better deal. Send them a PM for pricing.. EasternPC_Forum
