Yeah... we spent a few hours talking about the intricate functions of new program. It will be amazing no doubt about it. I bust his chops trying to get a date even a month. No joy.
I can say that his entire team is working on it. There will be new manuals as well. That's about all I can say though.

Ok UN I did exactly as you wanted and got heaps of ping back but I think this was a good data run so I hope you can work it out.

With all due respect to you and all the generic tuning devices... there is no such thing as an auto tuning device. They all need some interaction via the tuning person and the tuning device and a computer.
The best that any tuning device can do is record data that you import and create a new ECM file.
Bottom line is... the TTS, the original tuner, is as much of an auto tuning device as any other.

The F'in new guy
Wiz,
I have been researching TTS and PC5 and other 'tuning devices' over the last month. I am excited/scared to buy a new exhaust because the nerd in me really wants to attempt to understand 'tuning' before I but pipes and A/C.
Just read your TTS for Dummies - thanks man. It's great to see people like yourself sharing loads of knowledge and explaining it in normal people talk.
TTS seems to have more help in the area of tuning so that's probably the route I will go.
In fact, I will probably buy the TTS and tune my bike before I even get pipes and A/C.....would that be ok to just tune up my 'stock' bike and practice or should I wait?
Thanks,
Dan
