I hate excuses, so I must admit I was an idiot and should have had my son double check the alignment. I'll fix it and get that double check. To be fair, I have had 2 strokes in the last 2 years and I have damage, but still I should have gotten a 2nd opinion before continuing.
Feel free to poke fun and laugh, I do. When you have had my med problems if you don't laugh at yourself you'll never make it through the day.
Now you know why I keep saying I appreciate the help.

It also looks like the clip on the front cam is not seated. Use a new one.

Ring is not flat, it has a slight curve to it. The curve goes to the cam plate so you can snap it in properly.... and yes, I've had to chase them around the shop before too.

Maybe the camera angle but they still look off. Your snap ring still isn't locked in as well

 

Monday I'll empty the tank and remove it, pull my heads and cylinders,and then send them to Scott at Hillside Cycles.
Getting heads worked to Stage II and cylinders bored for 107 cid. Adding compression releases to make it easier to start with the higher compression and not have to start replacing starters- keep my battery happy too.
