TTS Mastertune Information
#3132
Use the CAE176-03 calibration. With your 09, no cams, I would stick with the MT7 extension and get a decent tune through your VTune runs.

You should easily be able to drop the ETA-044 or ETA-099 into your SESG.
What's the issue? Details please...

Upgrades
Getting ready to do some upgrades this weekend to my 2010 FLSTC. V&H BSS, Ness bigsucker S1, and TTS mastertune. My expectation is to get the tune close enough i don't need to dyno, but have researched some places where i can take it if necessary. Unfortunately the closest is in the next state lol. Have had a couple of shops saying they are willing to give it a go, but without experience. Information here has been invaluable, hopefully it will be fruitful as well.
Going with CPZ176-03 to start with, and vtune...I don't know if i should go closed loop or open loop.

2012 FLHR Mastertune
I have a 2012 FLHR with the 103. I have rinehart slipons with stock pipes and a Street Sleeper II breather kit. The bike was running extremely hot and exhaust was turning blue. It is a long ways to any Tuning shop. So i purchased a TTS and am vtuning my bike. There is not much info out for the 2012 models. I used the DTA044-03-A0.MT8. Set it up and performed some V-tunes. Bike is running rather well and considerably cooler. But! Idle is rather rough and when shutting down i get a caugh from the intake. The cam settings are at open setting 4 and closed setting 3. I have tried with no success in finding out what cam is in this bike. All I have found is the 2011 103's have the same cam as the 96" and if this is right for the 2012 the cam settings is correct. Can someone give me some advice on what to start focusing on. Or if I need to start with a different map? I wanted to just update the regular MTE file but found out that wasn't possible. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
