I believe on the '11's there is a 950mv offset.

When you have time take a look at your EGR values to help smooth out the low VE areas up to 60 kPa. It will also help with the low VE's at idle too.

Do I use the The EGR Effect TPS Analyzer in Datamaster to do this? Not sure I have time to do anything else before I leave on a trip. Any detrimental effects on the engine if I wait til I get back from a 4,000 mile trip?

No worries Jim... enjoy your trip!

The EGR tables are adjustable now where they weren't before. Play with them when you get back to see if you can smooth out the VE 3D graph.

Lonewolf,
Thanks for the tip. I hope so, because that would explain the 1600mV number that I see most of the time would actually be 650mV or a lambda of 0.997. That lines up perfectly with 0.981 I ran during the VTUNE.

Thanks,
Robert

I'm new to TTS Mastertune, but have been reading a lot about it. I have a 2010 Dyna Wide Glide with S.E. a/c and Rush 2" slip ons and everything else is stock, is CAE176-03 the best map to start with? Thanks.

They do indicate 900mV sometimes, but not toggling constantly like I expected. The bike is 2011 FLHTK completely stock except for BigSucker A/C. Anybody else seen this before? Output from VTUNE looks resonable.

Thanks for any help!
when I do a data collection run for generic O2 sensors mine toggle constantly and equally.

When restoring the original cal back in the bike how does the tts know I have it on a memory stick? I don't see no way to load it like you do a tuning file This might be just a dumb question but I just don't want to hit restore without checking first, not sure if it will damage something if I do it wrong... When you hit restore it will ask you where the MTE file is. Browse to that location on your TDrive.
