Yes I am talking the Super Glide. I am plenning to take this bike North, if I can get it tuned in okay, I have a Ohlins shocks and custome built front suspension I want to test out in the twistys. Hoping to get this V tune done tonight and tomorrow night.

Pick a .mt8 calibration like... DQA176

Go to the Tuning Constants Table, change your Cubic Inches to 107 to start with then go to Cam Selector. You will already see the intake open is set to 20 and the intake closing is set to 40. Your 570's are 20* and 40*. Hit the Transfer Settings button, save this file and flash this file to your bike. Start up the bike and let it warm up to see how it idles. You will need to do the VTuning all over again.

I assume you are taking the Ultra north?

And after you transfer the numbers don't forget to run the cam tune for IVO. As mentioned it takes three minutes. The transferred IVO setting for my Woods 6 cam was 4. It was really 3. Glad I checked or I would have had to vtune twice.

While working with a set of 26H was 4 but after doing the analyzer it was 5. Steve said one number lower is OK to run. It idled better, smoother, at 4 and gave a cough at 5 during throttle snap.

Cannot run a DataMaster tune using the CTC009-03-A0-MT8 config file.
On my 2010 Ultra Classic, I am trying a set of V&H slash cut ovals pipes in place of my Jackpots.
Setup the MT8 file as per normal for a V-Tune. Loaded into ECM. Ran the Cam Tune OK, set for 5 for opening. Saved the setting and reloaded the MT8 file with the new setting.
Started the DataMaster for a V-Tune, all greens, but the O2 sensors do not switch, stay green, and the Waiting/Good indicator stays yellow (I presume because of the O2 sensors not switching). I do get a recording, and the O2 sensor readings are between 1680-1780.
I have previously run many V-tunes with various build configurations with no issues. The problem seems to be associated with installing the V&H pipes. Does anyone have an insight or ideas to resolve the problem?.
Thanks for any help.

Decided to run some static tests, idling in the driveway. Configured and downloaded a basic CTC009 MT7 for a V-Tune, and the DataMaster V-Tune showed the O2 switching OK, and the Waiting/Good indicator was Good.
Configured the MT8 file I had previously used for Cam Tune as default 4:3, and that worked OK. So the problem would seem to be the Cam Tune setting I used after running Cam Tune (5 open). I have stock cams, which seem to be 12* ATDC open, 30* ABDC close. These correlate to 7:2 for Cam Tune.
Has anyone set the cam tune setting for stock cams and had a successful tune?. I think I will leave these at default unless someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks

The new documentation leaves a bit to be desired.

I've transferred most of my tune over to an MT8 file, but I'm also confused as to whether or not I need to do the cam tune with a stock cam. And there's also nothing in the tuning guide or help files about the EGR tables.

Edited to add- Nevermind, I found the EGR information. Page 48.

Stock cam, probably not. The default for my 103 was spot on. I tried bumping mine up one number and it changed the VE's pretty substantially. The base VE's in the TTS cal seem to match the OEM calibration when I datalogged it, so I trust the settings are right.

I ran the camtune as it only takes 3 minutes and 2011 103 with stock cams and it was at 5. I have only been able to get 3 vtune runs but seems to be working fine.

Was this IVO setting of 5 different from the setting in the canned map for your bike? Seems to be a question if the settings in the canned maps are for the stock cams or needs to be changed based on the camtune.
