When vtuning you are calibrating your ve tables with the clb voltage (target afr) you have selected. If you used 450 (14.68) and then you change it to 800 (14.23) your ve tables will be off. IIRC you are also supposed to apply the offset you vtune with to the open loop areas.
That was exactly the info I was looking for! Much appreciated. I am going to go ahead and complete my vtunes and make sure my open loop AFR's have the right offset factored in.

It's a bit wide to get a good copy of all cells.
Why not go to the mastertune site and download the updater. You can install the TTS software and see all the tables you want.
