Steve
One of my concerns is if the fuel delivery system is lacking ability to keep up with the injector load at full throttle, I am not sure if the math and ecm would detect it. I would say the twinscan is like getting a second opinion from a doctor. I have been a mariner for years and always felt better if I could verify my position in the fog with 2 or 3 devices rather than just one.

The system will have no issue firing the injectors on a Twin Cam motor as it's the same system that runs the Vrod to 12,000 RPM. Now if the injectors are too small for your build I could see and issue but as a builder that should of been handle up front, not saying that it was not just that it should be part of any build. As far as checking it since you already own the twinscan it sure would not hurt and if I had one I would be doing it too but for someone to go buy one just doesn't make any sense to me on a closed loop bike.

as you live in a "hot" place, you should go with 778 CLB in your V-tune sessions, and make some records after that to see if Knock retard goes on ... If it does, you may try to reduce advance in the area where it happens...
just my opinion ....

Today, I've been doing some records ...
In order to gather the more data I could, I've been trying to set "Allow Datamaster Exclusive Bus acces" on (under "options" -> "advanced")
It wasn't a good idea : the instrument panel went mad, for example the "key" light for the thief deterent system remains on while the engine was running ....
I undo that and everything went well ...

There are a few things being added with the next update. Testing has gone well so now its in cleanup mode for the final settings. It a major upgrade so both DataMaster, Mastertune and all Calibrations are getting updated. Some of the changes were necessary to make the upgrades for putting factory O2 sensors into the 2005 and 2006 model years as well as adding a couple of new features for all the 2007 and up bikes and one new feature for al the rest. The 2005- 2006 upgrade calibrations will not be ready when this release is done but shortly after. They will simply be and update to the calibrations only as we have handled everything needed in this next release for them.

Will the 2005/2006 calibrations have a single clb table like 06 dyna or 2 clb tables like the 07 an up ?

Do not have that answer yet but most likely a mix of both would be my guess at this time.

Is this the update that will allow the older SERT to be used with the software? Any clue on the pricing yet?

Steve, can you comment on using the TTS to get the VE tables set and then throwing on a set of XIEDs to richen the closed loop range?
