Symptoms of a bad starter
Ok, i have a brand new odyssey battery. It was on a battery tender and says its fully charged. I go to start the bike and it turns over real slow like the battery is not fully charged. Well i have another battery from a atv that is fully charged and i have used it in this bike before. So i try it and same thing. I go to jump it off my car and same thing. It just wont spin fast enough and after a couple trys it wont spin at all. Now a couple of time over the summer when i would go to start it, it would do this. But the 2nd time i would hit the starter it would fire right up. Do you guys think it could be the starter?

I have found that the battery tender will not give a good initial charge on a new battery. I have no proof just a gut feeling. I bought a new battery and it always felt weak. I did the initial charge on a smart tender. I accidentally left the switch on one day and killed the battery. I had to use an older 2 amp charger to bring it back. It has been performing strongly ever since. The smart tender does seem to keep it at the same level.

I wouldn't consider it fixed yet..Since you said that it has happened before.
First I would clean all electrical connections, even the ones that you think aren't in need. especially grounds to frame.
Secondly I'd run a ground wire from the battery directly to the starter, had to do this on my 02 FXDXT.
Also may be a solenoid with dirty contacts. Try everything else first.
