I am putting exhaust and SE air kit on my 09 nightster and I just came across the nightrider.com site. If I change the exhaust and the air kit would the bike run fine until I get the parts from nightrider.com?

It will run very lean. I would wait.

 

If you can't wait, and Steve ships very fast, you should be able to put on just the pipes without making it too lean. Personally, from past mistakes, I would say be patient for a couple of days.
