I "believe" you're looking for a Twinscan II plus or a WEGO IIID. I doubt you're looking for a TCFID, since you have a carbed bike.
Your best bet is calling them direct and see if you can swing a deal.

I am using the Daytona twin tec TC88, I have an 03 carbed softail aswell.
I am just looking for a new map for it.
