Do I have a lemon?

Do I have a lemon?
I bought my Heritage (FLSTCI) in the begining of February and I have less than 600 miles on it. When it hit 200 or so miles the check engine light went on. When I took it to the dealer they said it was a battery code and they replaced the battery. ("cause it sat in the showroom for a while"). It went on again after 400 miles so I took it to a different dealer and told them everything and they said it was the voltage regulator. They replaced it. Well here I am now 580 miles on the bike and it wouldnt start no lights no nothing. The shop said it was the voltage regulator again. And replaced it. Lemon Law states that if the problem can cause serious bodily injury if it is driven and after 2 or more attempts to be fixed lemon law comes into affect. can this problem cause the bike to fail while driving? Thank you for reading this and if you can help I would appreciate it.

RE: Do I have a lemon?
I would say that it may be time to request a replacement bike or call harley direct and complain. Florida gives the company three tries to fix the problem or they need to replace the vehicle or refund the purchase price including all the incidental costs associated. You can search lemon laws on the internet and pick your state. It really stinks you are having such problems. I have had my FLSTCI since 2003 and still have not needed to change the battery......

RE: Do I have a lemon?
Well guys I went to pick up the bike today after three attempts of fixing it and when I started it the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON!!! Needless to say I didn't take the bike home. I have been talking to the dealer where I bought it and the mngr hasn't quite jumped to help me but now with the fourth time in the shop and less then 600 miles they better. I hope I get my new bike in time for Laughlin. Thanx guys.
