TMax and 07 security system - won't start

TMax and 07 security system - won't start

Ref: Dyna -07 international model w/optional siren
changed pipes and the TMax A/T today. Everything went well until the first start up - not a sound after pressing the starter! The TMax and my laptop talk well, the fuel injection works, but not the starter. I also noticed I'd lost my turn signals and the sec system won't arm, so I figure it might be security related. Maybe the system shut down my ignition for some funny reason?
If it is sec related, is it easy to reboot the security system, or do I have to rent a van and bring it to the dealer?
Any similar experiences or any good check lists out there?

AND/OR...
Disconnect the power from the battery again for a minute and retry.
Someone may know a RESET for the security system, I don't.
