Default Fuelpak and sidecover issue

Any one else encounter the situation that once the Fuelpac is installed and attached/velcro'd to the fuse box, side cover has difficulty staying snuggly attached? I was wondering if it would be an issue as I was attaching the Fuelpak and, sure enough the side covers rear plug/attachment is straining to stay attached and every now and them pops out.

Default RE: Fuelpak issue

When testing a FP, I used two rubberbands which still allowed the suse cover to close and had no issues with sidecover. Evidently, clearance it tight.
