08 cruise shuts off when it shouldnt

08 road glide, the cruise is shutting off at highway speeds. Green cruise engaged lite will stay on.
Also had the cruise one time engage when it shouldnt have. Anyone else seeing problems
with the new cruise?

On my '05 and '07 RG the cruise would turned off due to a defective rear brake switch.&nbsp\\; Switch replaced, problem went away.
