Check engine light and PCIII

Check engine light and PCIII
Just installed the PCIII, V&H Big Shot and SE Air Cleaner.
Took it for my first ride of the season today and it runs great. No Backiring on decel and starts right up.
Only thing I now notice is Check engine light comes on for about 4 seconds after it starts then goes out and stays off.
It also comes on with key and goes off as normal but I never noticed it coming on when running before.
Does anybody elses do this?
Bike is a 02 FLSTC

Just posted a post on the same problem. Just took the bike out of heated storage ran it for several miles shut it off for gas/ lunch and a beer. Got back home shut the bike off.
Started it back up to put it away, same problem as yours with check engine light. Had my
computor reset 3 or 4 times last year, everything ok for awhile, put problem does come back.
Let me know if you have any luck finding the problem.
