Default PCIII and IED's

Is anyone using a PCIII with IED's? If so how is your bike running? I'm just trying to learn about this since I have an 02 bike and can't try for myself. Can anyone prove that closed loop readings affect the open loop afr?

There is ample proof. By knowledge of how the system works with confirmation on a dyno. Both already represented in the several main threads on this board which cover this topic.

Well, power commander and closed loop is a mystery to me.&nbsp\\; Within closed loop the ecm can target from 14.1 to 15.1 afr. There is little reason to doubt the ied's do as claimed with the ecm is targeting 14.6, but what it does when the ecm is targeting 14.1 is a mystery.

With eliminators, ECU thinks it is still open-loop-capable but all is well. No changes to AFV (from wherever it was). Is effectively open-loop-operation only, PC-III can then reliably provide modded fuel. It can also can alter ignition timing on the H-Ds. Best-compromise tuner, short of SE{R,S}T, DTT, TMAX.

Don't forget the PC can also do individual cylinder mapping,(fuel and ignition timing)&nbsp\\;can extend the redline and with the multi function hub, can store multiple maps. (economy, power nitrous etc)
&nbsp\\;
You can also add the quickshifter! (cool)
