Default RE: HD air filter

I just washed my Screaming Eagle air cleaner last week with soap and water. I dried it with&nbsp\\;compressed air and it seem to hold up just fine. I knew before I started that this was not the recomended way to clean it but if it was going to fall apart on me I was ready to swap it out with a K&amp\\;N. Needless to say I still use the SE air filter.
