When EFI quits on the side of the road....hope you have your cell phone handy and you have a signal.

The carburetor can usually be tinkered with long enough that it will somewhat work and you can still ride the bike. The carburetor maybe old and outdated....the fact remains that they still work damn good.

As good as the Delphi is over the Magnetti Marrelli system....it still has its shortcomings though.

I've seen some carburetored bikes get better fuel economy than EFI bikes....and vice versa. I've also seen where many carburetored bikes pull better and harder than EFI bikes as well.
