We had it on for all but the final run....my neoghbor (same bike, we bought them togather) had his done the next day...same on and off specs, really...he gained 2 HP and 2 TQ more than mine. \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; Dunno if he had it on or off.
Why would it make any difference, since it doesn't kick in below 2 mph anyway and we sure didn't overheat the motor on the dyno runs???

I know what the system is and does, but does it make any difference whether it is turned on or off during adyno-tune???

No difference at all.... It is only operational at 0 throttle, engine head temp @ 310 and NO Movement at all.....

No way that the EITMS would be in operation during a Tuning session.... \\;
